Loan Size: $5,000,000 to $200M
Property types: Every property type considered excluding raw land, non-profits, residential developments and church organizations
Max LTV: 65% loan to value for our hard money program
75% loan to cost for our aquisition and development program
Terms: 1 to 5 years primarily interest only
Rates: ranging from 7-13% depending on strength of transaction
Points: Range from 1 to 3 depending on strength of transaction
